All programs are offered in a safe, supportive, inclusive environment. Women are asked to attend all workshops which are structured to provide them with the information and skills necessary live a longer and healthier life while managing their HIV infection.
Safer Sex Boot Camp

Introduction
The Safer Sex Boot Camp is an interactive three hour workshop designed to reduce the spread of HIV/AIDS among women. In this boot camp the women will learn HIV prevention skills necessary to reduce their risk of contracting HIV/AIDS and the risk of transmitting HIV/AIDS to their sexual partner. In addition, the participants will acquire communication/negotiation skills that they can use with their partner, peers, and family. The information and skills learned in this program can be taught to their family and community further reducing the transmission of HIV/AIDS. The teaching methodologies utilized in this workshop are: small/large group discussion, interactive activities, lecturette and modeling/demonstration.
